About the role
- Support with property acquisitions and disposals as well as new lease and management contracts
- Conduct research and analyses of real estate and parking garage markets
- Assist with acquisition due diligence and prepare relevant documentation
- Support the preparation of presentations, decision templates and reports
- Commercial management of the property portfolio and analysis of individual properties
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Real Estate Management or a comparable field (from the 3rd semester onwards)
- Ideally some practical experience in the real estate sector
- Analytical aptitude and confident use of Excel
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Interest in mobility, infrastructure and parking garage properties
- German at native level
- Good English skills for using digital systems and tools
