About the role
- Central point of contact for customers at parking facilities
- Support with operating the pay station and with vehicle entry and exit in the parking facilities
- Assistance with issues and point of contact for technical challenges in the parking garage
- Documenting malfunctions in the parking garages and initiating measures to resolve faults
Requirements
- Career changers welcome who enjoy customer contact and have good technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive expression, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer-focused, independent, and responsible work style
- Initiative and team spirit
- Flexible availability and willingness to work shifts in a 2- or 3-shift model, including weekends (with attractive, tax-free allowances)
- Good German language skills and basic English. Any additional language is a plus.
