About the role
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, assess existing IT environments, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure effective knowledge sharing.
- Drive the deployment and integration of IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with the Salesforce tool in a business analyst or requirements analyst role.
- 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software.
- Strong project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
