Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting case workers with field interviews and investigations
Gathering and documenting case-related information
Supporting collateral contacts and coordination with field case managers and internal staff
Performing high-volume data entry and maintaining case management databases
Conducting database and internet research
Reviewing inactive case files for status updates
Assisting with quality assurance audits
Providing general administrative and clerical support
Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in case management, investigations, or law enforcement involving foreign-born populations
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Ability to adapt quickly while maintaining professionalism and discretion
High-volume data entry experience in a law enforcement, government, or case management setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, when required
Foreign language proficiency is a plus
Minimum RequirementsApplicants must:
Be a U.S. Citizen
Successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and government suitability requirements, including:
Background investigation
Fingerprinting
Credit review, where applicable
Completion of the OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment (or equivalent required forms)
Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9)
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Be able to obtain and maintain any required government approvals throughout employment
If applicable, certify registration with the Selective Service System in accordance with federal law
