About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Able to classify and inspect tires according to QMD standards.
Notify appropriate personnel of scrap tires that repeat.
Perform various audits, including, but not limited to dirty mold audit, serial audit.
Will be cross-trained to perform all QA technician inspection jobs.
Must be able to lift tires for the duration of the shift and place them on the appropriate pallets and conveyors.
Follow all plant rules, departmental safety policies, environmental policies, and chemical handling procedures.
Perform all work necessary to obtain quality production.
Perform other duties as directed by the QA Supervisor, Chief Inspector or QA Manager.
Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Previous manufacturing experience
Previous manufacturing Quality experience
Associates degree preferred
