About the role
- Gather, analyze, and interpret financial actuals
- Identify trends and investigate root causes of unexpected variances
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure financial strategies align with business objectives
- Identify process gaps and recommend steps to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reviews and decision-making
- Support finance-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA is a strong advantage
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles
- Proficient in SAP, with exposure to multiple modules; expertise in FI/CO is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to finance-related projects
- At least 2 years of experience working in a multicultural or global environment
