About the role

  • Continuous acquisition and management of major accounts across the entire sales territory, including end customers, multi-branch companies, corporate headquarters and subsidiaries.
  • Building long-term customer relationships with a focus on promoting group products.
  • Conducting and evaluating fleet checks and providing technical support for customer fleets in close coordination with Continental.
  • Monitoring planning targets, contribution margins and sales developments to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Responsible for adherence to credit limits and for receivables management in the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Ensuring collaboration with specialist departments, regional offices and central departments through continuous information exchange.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial field sales experience.
  • Detailed industry knowledge desirable.
  • Customer- and service-oriented attitude.
  • Negotiation skills and a confident manner with customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness and strong communication skills.
  • Structured organizational skills and pronounced team orientation.
  • Basic IT skills and an affinity for diverse IT applications.
  • Valid driving licence (category B).
