About the role
- Continuous acquisition and management of major accounts across the entire sales territory, including end customers, multi-branch companies, corporate headquarters and subsidiaries.
- Building long-term customer relationships with a focus on promoting group products.
- Conducting and evaluating fleet checks and providing technical support for customer fleets in close coordination with Continental.
- Monitoring planning targets, contribution margins and sales developments to ensure achievement of objectives.
- Responsible for adherence to credit limits and for receivables management in the assigned customer portfolio.
- Ensuring collaboration with specialist departments, regional offices and central departments through continuous information exchange.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training or equivalent qualification.
- Initial field sales experience.
- Detailed industry knowledge desirable.
- Customer- and service-oriented attitude.
- Negotiation skills and a confident manner with customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness and strong communication skills.
- Structured organizational skills and pronounced team orientation.
- Basic IT skills and an affinity for diverse IT applications.
- Valid driving licence (category B).
