About the role

Oversee and coordinate technicians performing setup, installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery including vending machines, micro-markets, and office coffee machines
Supervise the Maintenance and Installation Department, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline
Direct workers in electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance and repair of machines
Assist with diagnosing malfunctions and interpreting schematics
Manage assembly, retrofitting, upgrading, and installation of vending machines and related environments
Communicate with clients on specifications, power requirements, issues, and schedules
Maintain inventory of spare parts within budget guidelines
Estimate worker hour requirements and adjust work procedures for efficiency
Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certification to service refrigeration components preferred
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Supervisory experience: hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance and repair of machines
Ability to diagnose malfunctions and interpret schematics
Ability to manage assembly, retrofitting, upgrading, and installation of vending machines
