About the role
- Lead and develop the Area Sales Manager team within your sales region
- Implement company objectives, including revenue and profit optimization
- Plan budgets, prepare forecasts and ensure compliance with pricing and credit policies
- Expand customer relationships and negotiate with major accounts
- Analyze market trends and derive and implement appropriate action plans
Requirements
- Commercial training, a degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Sales leadership experience, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management or field sales is desirable
- Solid knowledge of budget and forecast management as well as KPI governance
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Strong stakeholder orientation, with a sense of empowerment and ownership
