Requirements

  • Commercial training, a degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Leadership experience in sales, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector
  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management or field sales desirable
  • Solid knowledge of budget and forecast management as well as KPI management
  • Experience developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
  • Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
  • Strong stakeholder orientation as well as empowerment and ownership
