About the role
- Advice on corporate and capital markets law matters for a listed company
- Legal support for conducting Continental AG’s annual general meeting
- Advice and support to Continental AG and its subsidiaries on corporate governance matters
- Advice and support on capital markets compliance issues
- Advice on corporate law matters as well as on intra-group policies and contracts
- Advice on co-determination matters, including support for co-determined supervisory boards
Requirements
- Completed full legal studies in Germany (Second State Examination)
- Initial professional experience with a focus on corporate law in an internationally active law firm or company
- Fluent German and English skills
- Very good commercial understanding
- Independent working style combined with strong team skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills within the team and towards clients
- Structured and analytical thinking
- Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new areas of law
