About the role
- Conceptualizing and implementing IT enhancements
- Managing subprojects in collaboration with IT service providers and key users
- Developing proposals to optimize existing system landscapes
- Advising business units on the automation of business processes
- Supporting the selection and procurement of suitable IT solutions
- Preparing specifications for programming requirements and proposing solutions to improve processes
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT specialist in application development)
- Initial practical experience in IT project coordination, e.g., through internships, working student roles, or early professional experience
- Basic knowledge of project management methods
- Interest in or initial exposure to software development or process automation
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
- Structured working style and good time management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
