About the role

  • Deploy HR strategy within an international, multi-site environment.
  • Support organizational transformations and change projects.
  • Facilitate social dialogue and participate in negotiations with employee representatives.
  • Advise managers on all HR matters (organization, performance, development, individual relations).
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate performance management, talent development and succession planning.
  • Contribute to compensation processes, salary reviews and incentive programs.
  • Oversee HR administrative management (working time, payroll, various requests).

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in an international or multicultural environment
  • Strong knowledge of French labor and social law
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
