About the role
- Deploy HR strategy within an international, multi-site environment.
- Support organizational transformations and change projects.
- Facilitate social dialogue and participate in negotiations with employee representatives.
- Advise managers on all HR matters (organization, performance, development, individual relations).
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate performance management, talent development and succession planning.
- Contribute to compensation processes, salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Oversee HR administrative management (working time, payroll, various requests).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in an international or multicultural environment
- Strong knowledge of French labor and social law
- Proven experience in project management and cross-cultural collaboration
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
