Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Senior Director, Talent Strategy in delivering business partner services
Assist with preparation for talent reviews and org planning discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years of HR or relevant experience
Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS or other HR platforms, AI tools
