About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Senior Director, Talent Strategy in delivering business partner services
- Assist with preparation for talent reviews and org planning discussions
- Partner with leaders on workforce and talent planning
- Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for home office managers and team members
- Coordinate and execute COE programs spanning Talent Strategy and Total Rewards
- Analyze people data and prepare insights, reports, and presentation materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of HR or relevant experience
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS or other HR platforms, AI tools
