About the role
- Complete site visits of active construction projects to review site activities
- Maintain a high level of execution meaning projects delivered on time and on budget
- Address Top 3 and warranty issues
- Complete all project close out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or Architecture required
- Zero to two (2) years of related experience; onsite construction management a plus.
- Knowledge of code, permit, and inspection requirements
- Experience with construction project management software
