About the role
- Plan and coordinate key company events and meetings, including executive sessions, strategic planning, and company-wide gatherings.
- Maintain and organize executive calendars, helping to schedule meetings and manage schedule coordination.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including travel services, vending, and office supplies.
- Implement and maintain the Administrative Budget.
- Manage executive travel and expenses, ensuring seamless arrangements and timely reporting.
- Lead special projects and provide high-level administrative support across departments as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent experience required.
- Experience: Preferred to have two to five years’ experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for experience supporting executives. Equivalent experience will be considered.
