About the role
- Ensure affordable housing communities meet rent and income compliance standards through regular audits and annual reviews.
- Build and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and provide guidance to onsite teams as regulations evolve.
- Analyze audit results to identify trends and support corrective action plans that strengthen community compliance.
- Partner with teams through site visits, training, and feedback to promote consistent compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of compliance, quality assurance or multifamily operations experience required.
- Experience in affordable housing compliance preferred.
