About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with the business and product owners to gather and analyze requirements to define solutions that deliver outstanding value to our customers
- Work closely with the development team and QA analysts to ensure solutions being delivered meet the needs of the business and our customers
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and screen mockups that effectively communicate requirements to the rest of the development team
- Participate in sprint rituals such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Play an active role in the continuous improvement of our software delivery processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of agile principles
- Experience working as part of an integrated software development team in an agile methodology
- Experience as a business analyst working on both customer-facing web applications and internal business applications
- Experience writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool for managing user stories and sprints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to interpret business needs into projects
