About the role

  • Regional Sales Director (S2-G7) to accelerate revenue growth across North America within Continent 8's cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Focus on VAPT, MSOC, and MFA solutions; engage security buyers at all levels; manage the entire sales cycle; build a robust pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities; develop territory/account plans; collaborate with marketing; leverage lead generation.
  • Engage C-levels, CISOs, IT security leaders, and technical stakeholders; deliver presentations, demos, and proposals; ensure high-touch customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity technical teams, solution architects, and delivery managers; provide pipeline updates; represent Continent 8 at events.
  • Performance metrics: meet quotas, drive new logo acquisition, retain customers, maintain pipeline velocity, optimize sales cycle, improve win/loss ratio and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B technology sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven success selling VAPT, MSOC, and MFA solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients in North America.
  • Solid understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Experience with both direct sales and channel partner models.
