Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
Work with engineering team members to create necessary drawings using AutoCAD
Develop complete drawing packages including setup drawings, signal flow diagrams, and other required documentation
Provide on-site project support and perform commissioning
Update and modify quoting system details
Provide technical phone support to technicians and clients
Create project-required documentation such as commissioning forms and testing documents
