Key responsibilities & impact- Gather processes and requirements to map and define project scope
- Implement, parameterize, and configure Protheus ERP modules according to client needs
- Manage and track requests, ensuring compliance with established SLAs
- Perform diagnostics, analyze processes, and propose system-based solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for key users and operational teams
- Provide technical and functional support to Protheus ERP users
- Prepare and update technical and functional documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and increasing operational efficiency
- Plan and execute Protheus ERP release migrations
- Apply implementation methodologies, prepare reports, and monitor project progress
