Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect new business with the installed customer base and with new clients, focusing on expanding the company’s market share (Hunter)
  • Act as a specialist in the solutions portfolio, conducting strategic commercial approaches tailored to the profile of each client, prospect, or market segment
  • Plan, execute, and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up
  • Ensure achievement of individual targets and contribute to the commercial team’s goals, in alignment with company strategy
  • Conduct sales visits and follow up with existing and new clients, ensuring excellent service and continuous identification of opportunities
  • Maintain active market relationships through visits, on-site or remote meetings, phone calls, and emails
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction
