About the role
- The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that support organizational and departmental goals.
- This role partners closely with all marketing functions, as well as cross-functional teams to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and cohesive brand experiences across marketing and event portfolios.
- This role will manage all activities related to the processing and tracking of all Marketing requests and projects.
- Lead the organization’s flagship summits and regional event strategies.
- Own program architecture, customer engagement strategies, operational execution, and reporting on measurable impact towards organizational and departmental objectives.
- Manage day‑to‑day program operations, ensuring deliverables stay on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Manage large-scale, complex projects from concept through execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, scope, contributors, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define program goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 – 7+ years’ experience in related field required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking of projects and/or programs is required.
- Experience supporting or managing events and large-scale marketing initiatives is required.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at an enterprise level.
- Expertise in event experience design, audience engagement strategy, and content programming.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics and digital best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as ability to effectively work in a team environment and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to plan, organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Detail oriented, especially as it relates to time management.
- Ability to embrace changes and adjust quickly to work demands and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation systems, project management software, and analytics platforms.
