About the role

  • Hands-on experience with the processes, systems, and tools that drive Contextual AI's go-to-market (GTM) organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support daily operations, analyze data, and learn how high-growth startups scale revenue.
  • Opportunity to build skills in Salesforce, data analysis, and GTM strategy while contributing to a Series A AI company.
  • Support day-to-day operations in Salesforce CRM and other revenue tools.
  • Assist with creating reporting and dashboards on pipeline, deals, and forecasting.
  • Ensure CRM data quality through research, enrichment, and clean-up projects.
  • Shadow and support RevOps projects like territory planning, campaign execution, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to make systems and workflows more efficient.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate interested in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Curiosity about Salesforce CRM; prior exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in or experience with sales/marketing tools like Gong, Outreach, Clay, or LeanData.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive learner with an interest in how companies grow and scale.
  • Past experience working with software and/or technology companies is a plus.
  • Figure-it-out mindset and ability to use available resources (e.g. ChatGPT, the Contextual AI platform) to derive solutions.
