Engineer

• You will own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, driving the technology evaluation processes to highlight Contextual AI’s differentiation, clarify the business value to the customer, and ensure our customers’ success with our products
• You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, while also building relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Scope customer trials and projects. Work with the engineering and product teams to design and implement POC requirements that satisfy customer needs but are also technically feasible.
• Create and deliver specialized technical demos according to the customers.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” - Regularly engaging them on status calls, educating on product roadmap and QBRs, and managing escalations, while influencing our roadmap in partnership with our Product team.
• Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects, channel partners and our sales team to deliver winning solutions.

• Hands-on experience with the processes, systems, and tools that drive Contextual AI's go-to-market (GTM) organization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support daily operations, analyze data, and learn how high-growth startups scale revenue.
• Opportunity to build skills in Salesforce, data analysis, and GTM strategy while contributing to a Series A AI company.
• Support day-to-day operations in Salesforce CRM and other revenue tools.
• Assist with creating reporting and dashboards on pipeline, deals, and forecasting.
• Ensure CRM data quality through research, enrichment, and clean-up projects.
• Shadow and support RevOps projects like territory planning, campaign execution, and quarterly business reviews.
• Contribute ideas and process improvements to make systems and workflows more efficient.

Revenue Operations Intern

Technical Writer

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including API references, user guides, quick-start tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and implementation documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to document new features, APIs, and platform updates, ensuring documentation stays current with product releases
• Develop and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and content governance processes to ensure consistency across all technical materials
• Work with Product and UX teams to create user-centered documentation that addresses real user needs and pain points identified through user research and feedback
• Review and edit technical content created by engineers and other team members, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to documentation standards
• Optimize documentation for discoverability and usability, implementing information architecture best practices and conducting content audits
• Gather feedback from users, support teams, and sales to continuously improve documentation quality and identify content gaps
• Manage documentation toolchain and publishing workflows using Mintlify, working with technical teams to maintain and optimize our documentation infrastructure
• Create visual aids, diagrams, and multimedia content to enhance written documentation and improve user comprehension
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure technical documentation aligns with messaging and supports the customer journey
