Account Manager

• You will have 360-degree ownership, driving partner relationships in your territory from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market, and so much more.
• Define and prioritize the categories that matter most to AXP — foundation models, AI orchestration, data and CDP, vector/search, commerce, hyperscalers — and build a named target list of 15–25 partners with clear hypothesis-driven business cases for each.
• You will develop joint plans with partners and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics.
• You will identify the opportunity to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership of taking these to market.
• You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert on technology partners in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME/lead for Strategic Technology partnerships within Contentstack’s Global Sales Organization.
• You adapt to a diverse work environment and work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, product, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relationships, and customer success stories.
• Provide guidance and strategic advice to our partners, clients, and account teams around partner growth strategies to deliver best-in-class joint solutions.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with the technology partners.
• Recruiting net new strategic partnerships to support developing product roadmaps (such as data partners, AI-native partnerships, etc.).
• Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices, and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to managing partners with global reach.
• Manage all of the administrative activities related to the partnerships in your region.
• Create and execute against a sound go-to-market strategy for your region.
• You track your performance through goals through OKRs, KPI’s, and quotas.

Partner Relationship Manager – Strategic Technology Partnerships

Product Marketing

• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Lytics and Personalize product lines—from messaging and positioning to launch planning and sales enablement.
• Develop compelling product narratives that connect first-party data, audience segmentation, and real-time personalization to tangible business outcomes for enterprise buyers.
• Partner closely with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into market-ready messaging, release communications, and tier-based launch plans.
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets including product sales aids, battlecards, competitive intelligence briefs, ROI frameworks, and demo scripts.
• Conduct competitive research on personalization and CDP vendors (e.g., Optimizely, Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore) and deliver actionable positioning that helps the field win.
• Support customer-facing evangelism through small group demos, webinars, customer roundtables, and conference presentations.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content Marketing to fuel campaigns with product-specific messaging, thought leadership content, and use-case narratives.
• Inform product strategy by synthesizing field feedback, win/loss analysis, and market signals—and presenting recommendations to product and leadership stakeholders.
• Drive internal education on Data Cloud capabilities through enablement sessions, workshops, and documentation that help cross-functional teams speak confidently about our data and personalization story.

Product Marketing Manager – Data Cloud

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business units within GSIs to drive education, alignment, and business development activities.
• Develop a joint pipeline by identifying opportunities and creating go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that result in revenue growth.
• Serve as the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert (SME) for GSI partners, supporting go-to-market strategies and sales efforts.
• Act as a consultant and advisor for Contentstack’s Global Sales Organization (GSO) on GSI-related initiatives.
• Identify and create joint solutions with GSIs to develop innovative GTM strategies and drive market success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partners, sales, operations, and marketing, to optimize partner sales processes and customer success stories.
• Provide strategic guidance to partners, clients, and account teams around GSI partner growth strategies and solutions.
• Work closely with GSI partners to build and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring global expansion and market penetration.
• Network across all organizational levels within GSIs to foster relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day GSI partner relationships and handle administrative activities related to the partnerships.

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of long-tail customer accounts using a scaled engagement model
• Execute proactive outreach programs, including newsletters, in-product messaging, and lifecycle email campaigns
