• Define and execute the strategic vision for customer adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
• Establish frameworks and KPIs for measuring expansion, adoption, value realization, and advocacy impact.
• Bring customers from both sides of our recent acquisition into one unified community and adoption journey.
• Build marketing programs that drive product adoption and drive cross-sell and upsell, from onboarding to advanced use cases.
• Partner with Customer Success to provide best practices content, playbooks, benchmarking, and success metrics.
• Own customer communication channels (campaigns, email, community hub, webinars, user groups) to drive measurable results.
• Design and scale high-impact programs such as Customer Advisory Boards, Technical Advisory Boards, executive forums, and events.
• Champion and lead one direct report to own the advocacy function.
• Set the vision for our customer advocacy engine, turning happy users into public champions through speaking opportunities, case stories, and community contributions.
• Coach and support customers to confidently share their stories on stage, in media, and with analysts.

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Product Marketing team
• Set the PMM operating model across launches, messaging, competitive intelligence, and adoption
• Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Director, Product Marketing

Marketing

• Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns tailored to North American markets to support demand generation and sales pipeline.
• Plan and manage regional marketing programs, including first-party events, third-party sponsorships, webinars, virtual roundtables, paid media, direct mail, and partner marketing initiatives ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
• Drive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, working closely with sales to engage high-value accounts with targeted initiatives.
• Align with sales and Business Development teams, providing localized content, event support, and lead follow-up strategies to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, partner marketing, and product marketing, to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.

• Cloud Posture & Tooling Management
• Multi-Cloud Oversight: Lead the effort to secure and monitor our footprint across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring consistent security controls are applied regardless of the provider.
• Security Tooling Operations: Manage, tune, and optimize our security tooling stack. You will be the primary owner of our CrowdStrike deployment (CNAPP/CSPM) for monitoring misconfigurations and threat detection.
• API Security: Take ownership of our API security strategy by managing and monitoring Cequence. You will ensure our API estate is discovered, cataloged, and protected against abuse.
• Tool Evaluation: As the team grows, you will lead the evaluation and implementation of new security tools to replace or augment current solutions as business needs evolve.
• Security Architecture: Partner with Engineering teams during the design phase of new projects. You will review architectures to ensure new solutions are compatible with our security ecosystem and are designed with a "Security First" mindset.
• Shift-Left Initiatives: Work closely with the Application Security team to integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines and monitor deployments.
• Vulnerability Management: Drive the remediation process for identified cloud and application issues, working with engineering owners to ensure critical vulnerabilities are addressed within established SLAs.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a senior voice within the Cloud Security team, mentoring others and helping define technical standards and best practices.
• Incident Response: Serve as an escalation point for cloud-related security incidents, investigating alerts regarding attacks, compromises, or severe misconfigurations.
