• Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise clients within the TAM program, supporting retention, expansion, and ongoing value delivery.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex digital experience solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical best practices.

• Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a fast-paced/high-growth business is required
• You are motivated by hunting your own accounts and closing enterprise-level deals
• Experience leveraging Business Development Representatives
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota (top 10% of your company) in past positions
• Demonstrated consistent improvement in performance (against individual direct sales quotas of approx $1M+)
• Sales Methodology training and strong customer references preferred
• Experienced in account analysis methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, preferred
• Experience with the content management industry is a big plus
• MACH tech stack experience is also a big plus
• A bachelor’s or university degree is preferred but not required

• Salary for this role ranges between $120,000 - 140,000 plus variables based on skill set and experience

You will partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to understand customer challenges, demonstrate technical value, and design solutions that help organizations unlock the full potential of their content and audience data. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CDPs and CMS platforms, a solid understanding of web personalization, and the ability to translate complex data strategies into clear business outcomes.
