Senior Solutions Architect – DXP

• Lead, coach, and support a team, using AI-assisted insights to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across a large portfolio
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching, leveraging governed AI tools to analyze team interactions (calls, emails, outreach) and surface coaching insights and best practices at scale
• Partner with Global Customer Success Leadership on hiring, onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations
• Act as “air traffic control” for the long-tail portfolio, balancing workloads and ensuring customers receive timely, effective engagement
• Own a personal portfolio of customers, modeling best practices for scaled engagement and renewal readiness
• Support the team in managing renewals, navigating commercial conversations, and identifying expansion or upsell opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of subscription mechanics, renewal timelines, and risk signals

• As a Sr. Partner Manager, you will have 360-degree ownership, driving partner relationships in your territory from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market, and so much more
• You will develop joint plans with large strategic commerce partners (SAP, Salesforce, Shopify) and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics
• You will identify the opportunity to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership of taking these to market
• You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME / lead for partners within Contentstack’s global sales organization
• Work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relations, service, and customer success stories
