About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-End Ownership: Whatever project you’re working on, you own the result, as autonomously as possible
- If the scope isn’t well-defined at the start, you would need to research to define it
- If the direction isn’t going where you think it should, you would need to correct it
- If something isn’t getting done, you might need to do it yourself
- Project Management Expertise: The basis of the job is Project Management, so this needs to be easy for you

- You’ll need to be structured where the teams need it, flexible when that’s what they need, and probably shifting between Agile and Waterfall depending on the phase of the project
- Analysis and Challenge: You’ll probably start many projects not knowing the subject-matter, so you’ll have to ask questions and do your own research
- With your new-found knowledge (and previous experiences) we expect you to ask questions, and challenge assumptions
- By the end of the project, anyone should be able to ask you a question about it and you can provide a quick answer without notes
- Cross-Functional Partner: We are part of the Information Systems Department (ISD), and we exist to make life easier for the rest of the department so they can focus on delivering the best technical work
- We have many business stakeholders and executive sponsors we work with regularly who need to be kept informed, have a voice, receive the best results, and maintain a good relationship with
Requirements

- Understanding of what the most important subjects are for the company at that moment, and how your actions can contribute
- Ability to listen to the needs of your stakeholders, understand what they really want, and prioritise the work to find the best solutions for the maximum benefit
Benefits
Comp & perks- Virtual onboarding, Hackathon, and various opportunities to interact with your team and global colleagues both on and offsite each year

- Every full-time employee receives stock options, allowing them to share in the company’s success
- We have multiple Employee Resource Groups, that offer a safe space for individuals who share common identities, life experiences, or allyship to connect, support one another, and passionately advocate for the issues close to their hearts
- And more benefits tailored to each country
