About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite staff, remote team members visiting the office, and VIP guests
- Manage the physical integration of new hires — including security badges, office tours, and a cultural introduction to HQ
- Manage the Paris Slack channel and maintain up-to-date content on the internal intranet
- Maintain a tidy, hybrid-ready environment and provide logistical support for local team gatherings and leadership visits
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across the global Workplace Community team (US, France, UK, Spain, and Israel)
- Supervise onsite partners, including building management, food & beverage providers, and storage services
- Ensure full compliance with French workplace regulations
- Lead the preparation of global and local initiatives ranging from monthly socials to hackathons and company-wide kick-offs
Requirements
- You bring 2+ years of experience in Office Management or high-end hospitality, with a strong focus on event planning and vendor management
- Fully fluent in English and French, with polished written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or AI-driven tools is a bonus
- You anticipate needs before they arise and confidently act as the go-to person
- You excel at managing multiple priorities, with strong organizational, time, and cost management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- You genuinely enjoy being present in a dynamic office environment and are energized by connecting people and building culture in person
- You understand the French labor environment and workplace Health & Safety requirements
