Requirements

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in brand or graphic design (SaaS, tech, or agency experience is a bonus).
  • Have a portfolio that makes people pause—strong typography, thoughtful layouts, and versatile digital + print work.
  • Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion experience? Even better).
  • Understand print production and large-format design.
  • Sweat the details—but know when to zoom out and think strategically.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and juggle multiple projects with confidence.
  • Design with intention—balancing aesthetics, usability, and business goals.
  • Love feedback, collaboration, and raising the bar as a team.
