About the role
- Pricing Analytics: Create, track, and automate pricing analytics processes. Analyze pricing performance, identify key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve pricing and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Partners, Enablement and Business Operations to communicate pricing updates, manage projects, and ensure seamless execution of pricing initiatives.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in pricing and packaging. Use insights to guide pricing decisions and ensure market competitiveness.
- Pricing and Packaging Strategies: Develop and implement pricing and packaging strategies that align with the company’s goals and market conditions. Continuously assess and improve pricing to enhance growth and profitability.
Requirements
- A solid foundation with 3+ years of experience in pricing and packaging, or product management, ideally within management consulting or SaaS.
- A strong grasp of pricing frameworks and models (including subscription-based, usage-based, and tiered structures), and their real-world implications.
- Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Ability to communicate complex pricing insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a collaborative approach to driving results and navigating challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
