About the role
- As the Director of Marketing Operations, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for the operational engine of our marketing organization. You will define and implement the processes, technologies, and data strategies that enable the marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently, measure their impact accurately, and scale our efforts effectively. You'll lead a high-performing team and serve as the central hub for marketing project management, technology, and data governance.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing operations role, with a strong background in managing Martech stacks, lead management processes, and data governance.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring talent.
- Technical Acumen: Deep expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into operational plans and technology roadmaps.
