About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries about accounting, tax, and payroll processes via chat, ensuring fast and efficient support;
Identify and correct inconsistencies in accounting entries and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial information;
Provide specialized technical support on the ContaJá platform, assisting customers in using features and resolving platform issues;
Log and document support tickets, maintaining a detailed history for tracking and continuous improvement of support;
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring appropriate resolutions within established deadlines;
Monitor and interpret updates in accounting and tax legislation, ensuring guidance provided is compliant with current regulations;
Collaborate with internal teams such as Development and Product, providing strategic feedback to optimize the platform and improve processes;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation applicable to ancillary obligations;
Experience with companies taxed under Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) regimes;
Familiarity with ancillary filings, financial statements, and annual tax returns;
Basic knowledge of registering corporate acts with the Board of Trade (Junta Comercial) and issuing certificates;
Ability to consult legislation, standards, and technical manuals;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Intermediate experience with accounting software;
Experience with customer service tools (omnichannel platforms);
