About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sales funnel management: Manage the sales funnel and organize your activities to serve customers at every stage;
- Engage in proactive (outbound) sales;
- Continuous learning: Keep up to date with new accounting regulations and practices to provide clients with accurate and current information;
- Provide customer service and complete sales within appropriate timeframes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product/Service knowledge: Basic understanding of the accounting services offered by the company, including their key features and benefits.
- Telephone communication skills: Ability to conduct phone conversations clearly and effectively, following established scripts or guidelines.
- Use of contact tools: Proficiency using WhatsApp, phone systems, and various accounting lookup tools to record and track interactions with customers and leads.
- Sales processes: Basic knowledge of sales funnel stages and procedures for qualifying and closing leads.
- SLA management: Understanding of SLA deadlines and targets to ensure responses and actions are completed within established timeframes.
- Office tools: Ability to use basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks, record-keeping, and sales tracking.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Marketing.
