About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the process of registering a company (CNPJ), carrying out all necessary procedures for company incorporation end-to-end — from feasibility analysis to registration in the MAT — and conducting procedural analyses aimed at correcting and mitigating any inconsistencies or errors.
Manage company licensing processes, including migrations and contractual amendments; municipal tax registration; obtaining and issuing permits and operating licenses; requesting mandatory licenses; and authorizing issuance of invoices. Perform process analyses focused on correcting and mitigating potential errors or inconsistencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Experience executing company formation processes, contractual amendments and company closures;
Experience communicating with and opening processes at public agencies;
Intermediate knowledge of legislation and regulatory standards;
Experience drafting corporate documents (minutes, bylaws, articles of association);
Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp, Trello);
Customer service experience;
Analytical experience with legalization/registration processes;
Experience analyzing regulatory impacts;
Intermediate skills in tax regularization;
Basic skills in opening and amending holdings;
Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and use;
Basic knowledge of franchise registration;
Basic knowledge of registration for NGOs and associations;
Basic knowledge about angel investors;
Basic knowledge about startup registration;
Basic knowledge of trademark and patent registration.
