About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop internal applications for the sales team: message send management interfaces, operational dashboards, smart forms and data query tools;
Iterate on existing products based on feedback from the sales team to improve usability, fix issues and add features;
Document what has been built so another team member can maintain and evolve it;
Design and implement end-to-end automation flows connecting CRM, databases, communication tools and management platforms;
Develop integrations via APIs and webhooks between systems that don’t have native connectors, including error handling, logging and alerts;
Ensure production automations are reliable: monitoring, fallbacks and documentation of expected behavior;
Build pipelines that move, transform and consolidate data between spreadsheets, CRM, databases and BI tools;
Ensure traceability and consistency of the data that inform sales team and leadership decisions;
Support the evolution of the internal data catalog, helping ensure sources are well mapped and documented;
Gather requirements from user areas (Sales, CS, Finance), translate them into technical specifications and prioritize with SalesOps coordination;
Participate in the architecture decisions for the team’s solutions — propose, question and defend approaches based on practical experience;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with REST APIs: authentication, pagination, error handling and webhooks;
Knowledge of low-code automation platforms (n8n, Make or similar) with complex multi-step flows, conditionals, loops and failure handling;
Experience with Google Apps Script or an equivalent tool for automations within the Google ecosystem (Sheets, Drive, Gmail);
Basic version control skills with Git: branching, commits and code review;
Basic functional SQL skills to consume and transform data;
Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL): understanding structure, relationships and fundamental best practices;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, STEM, Technology or a related field;
