About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct training sessions on taxation, tax regimes and fiscal obligations;
Guide clients on issuing service and/or product invoices;
Explain how the Contajá platform works;
Ensure the client starts operations with confidence and clarity regarding their tax processes;
Identify recurring difficulties and propose improvements to training processes;
Ensure a positive, welcoming experience at the start of the customer journey.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of customer retention strategies;
Intermediate skills in data analysis and reporting;
Experience with communication tools and CRM platforms;
Knowledge of tax planning, payroll and accounting;
Knowledge of company registration, modification and dissolution processes;
Basic CS (Customer Success) and CX (Customer Experience) skills;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
