About the role

  • Responsible for contributing to the creation and management of digital content, with a focus on brand building and integrated communication;
  • Handling leads and customers via Zendesk (through social media);
  • Proposing content ideas and editorial briefs based on trending topics, research, and target audience interests;
  • Writing copy, captions, and content for social media, blog posts, emails, and other channels;
  • Support social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube), helping engage strategic audiences, answer inquiries, and foster interactions;
  • Participate in producing, editing, and updating content for e-books, live events, blogs, websites, and landing pages;
  • Contribute to the development of promotional and institutional campaigns for email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels;
  • Support influencer and strategic partner initiatives by creating exclusive materials to increase reach and brand awareness;
  • Assist in the development of internal communication, education, and stakeholder relationship projects.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of marketing, content creation, and copywriting;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Intermediate knowledge of at least three video/image editing software tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and Premiere;
  • Interest in and experience with social media, trend monitoring, and using artificial intelligence (AI) applied to marketing;
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field;
  • Preferred: Knowledge of accounting.
