About the role
- Execute processes related to company legalization, such as company formation, contractual amendments, company closures/deregistrations, and municipal and state registrations, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines;
- Liaise with public agencies and clients, promoting agility, organization, and excellence in service.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience executing company formation processes, contractual amendments, and company closures/deregistrations;
- Basic communication skills and experience submitting processes with public agencies;
- Basic knowledge of legislation and regulatory standards;
- Knowledge in drafting corporate documents (minutes, bylaws, articles of incorporation);
- Basic task organization/management skills (ClickUp, Trello);
- Customer service experience;
- Analytical skills for legalization processes;
- Basic knowledge of tax regularization/compliance.
