About the role
- Responsible for the CNPJ registration process, performing all procedures necessary for company incorporation end-to-end, from feasibility analysis to registration in the MAT, and conducting procedural analyses aimed at correcting and mitigating any inconsistencies or errors.
- Responsible for company licensing processes, including migration and contractual amendments; opening municipal registration; obtaining and issuing permits; applying for mandatory licenses; and authorization for issuing invoices. Works on process analyses focused on correcting and mitigating potential errors or inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience executing company formations, contractual amendments and company closures/deregistrations.
- Experience communicating with and opening cases/processes at public agencies.
- Intermediate knowledge of legislation and regulations.
- Experience drafting corporate documents (minutes, bylaws, articles of association).
- Skills with task management systems (ClickUp, Trello).
- Customer service experience.
- Analytical experience with legalization processes.
- Experience performing regulatory impact analyses.
- Intermediate skills in tax regularization/compliance.
- Basic skills in forming and amending holdings.
- Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and uses.
- Basic knowledge of franchise registration.
- Basic knowledge of NGO and association registration.
- Basic knowledge of angel investor procedures.
- Basic knowledge of startup registration.
- Basic knowledge of trademarks and patents registration.
