About the role
- Provide user support and issue electronic tax invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, NFC-e) in compliance with applicable legislation;
- Assist internal and external clients to resolve questions related to issuance and cancellation of tax documents;
- Assist with integration and configuration of systems related to invoices and tax/accounting ERPs;
- Review, validate, and verify tax data prior to issuance;
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in the invoice issuance and transmission process;
Requirements
- Extensive experience issuing electronic tax invoices and related tax legislation;
- Proven experience with invoicing systems and ERPs;
- Solid knowledge of taxes and fiscal regimes applicable to invoice issuance in Brazil (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, withholdings, etc.);
- Ability to guide and train clients/users with clarity and empathy;
- Customer service experience;
- Degree completed or in progress in Accounting (Accounting Sciences);
