About the role

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of migration processes by reviewing and correcting errors;
  • Provide support to the assistant team;
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and process quality;
  • Actively participate in collecting and verifying documents from companies migrating from a previous accountant;
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries of lower complexity;
  • Verify information provided by clients;
  • Communicate with former accountants to ensure an efficient transition;
  • Create tickets for other departments;
  • Complete spreadsheets and forms.

Requirements

  • Basic experience in team training and support;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Experience/knowledge in process review;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Intermediate knowledge of contractual amendments and terminations;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Tax Planning, Payroll/HR, and Accounting;
  • Knowledge of workflow processes;
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
