About the role

  • You analyze and clean up our existing tracking and attribution setup: pixels, consent, and data discrepancies between ad platforms, CRM and backend.
  • You gain an overview of our customer base — countries, products and usage behavior — and establish initial analyses to answer concrete questions.
  • You deliberately identify quick wins where optimizations will have immediate impact.
  • Building on that, you systematically advance our marketing analytics.
  • You analyze customer journeys and funnels, perform segmentation and cohort analyses, investigate churn drivers, and model LTVs across channels and customer groups.
  • Your analyses do not end at the dashboard: you derive clear recommendations for action and act as a sparring partner for marketing, product management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience working with cross-channel marketing data (paid ads, affiliate, CRM) in subscription-based business models
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, performance metrics (ROI, CAC/LTV, marketing mix) and their limitations
  • Hands-on experience with tracking setups (GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, Consent Mode)
  • Excellent SQL skills for independent data analysis and evaluation
  • Experience with funnel, customer journey and cohort analyses
  • Confident use of BI tools and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI)
  • Experience in the subscription business (almost a must-have)
  • Industry knowledge in hosting, telecommunications or comparable tech/platform models (nice to have)
