About the role

  • You will play a central role in expanding our B2B business
  • Your primary focus is new customer acquisition, while you also deliberately develop existing customer relationships where genuine growth potential exists, and you will lead your two-person team
  • At the start, you will immerse yourself in our existing customer base and work closely with the team – including participating in QBRs with our key customers
  • Building on that, you define clear ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) for new customer acquisition, sales patterns, and gradually build a reliable outbound pipeline
  • You conduct structured conversations, understand the technical requirements and decision-making structures of your contacts, and guide new customers from initial contact through to operational setup
  • Your insights feed into the development of a sales playbook that establishes repeatable patterns, standards, and processes in B2B sales

Requirements

  • Proven experience in active B2B new customer acquisition including outbound, discovery, and independent closing, in an international environment
  • Experience in the cloud and hosting domain
  • Experience selling complex IT or tech solutions (e.g., cloud, hosting, infrastructure, platforms)
  • Structured, data-driven working style aligned with clear sales processes (pipeline, qualification, forecasting)
  • Confident use of CRM systems and relevant sales KPIs
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business cases and decision-making materials
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
