Full-time, permanent Affiliate Manager role joining as soon as possible

Own building, scaling, and optimizing global affiliate and partner networks to boost revenue and customer acquisition
Recruit new partners, negotiate custom deals, develop incentive models for affiliates, publishers, and influencers
Manage budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance ensuring measurable ROI
Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to develop scalable campaigns
Combine proven affiliate mechanisms with innovative approaches like AI-driven partner recruitment and automated reporting workflows
Build an affiliate ecosystem delivering short-term results and long-term growth for Contabo
Requirements
5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing with proven success in building and scaling programs and managing seven-figure annual budgets
Solid knowledge of leading affiliate tools (e.g. CJ, Awin, Post Affiliate Pro) as well as experience building and using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with affiliates, publishers, and influencers (e.g. podcasts, YouTube)
Deep understanding of performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV – and the ability to present results clearly and data-driven
Experience in mentoring or leading junior managers
Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German is a plus
Industry knowledge in SaaS, cloud hosting, e-commerce, or subscription models is an advantage
