About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end strategy for digital launches, defining funnel architecture, timelines, goals and performance indicators.
Develop and validate personas, positioning and the Big Idea for each campaign.
Build the strategic content journey, guiding copy, content and media to maximize conversion.
Work collaboratively with Traffic, Copy, Content and Sales teams to ensure excellence in launch execution.
Monitor metrics in real time, identifying optimization opportunities throughout the campaign.
Conduct post-launch analyses (debriefings), structuring A/B/C tests and continuous improvement plans.
Develop commercial strategies, scripts and direction for the sales team to enhance conversion and results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with digital launches.
Experience in strategic leadership of sales funnels and high-performance campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Experience managing integrated copy, content, traffic and automations.
Proven track record of launches generating significant revenue.
Experience managing multiple launches simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with the Fórmula de Lançamento methodology.
