Plan and manage paid media campaigns, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on generating qualified leads and conversions in digital campaigns.
Design the full strategic campaign architecture, including budget allocation, funnel design, and creation of custom audiences.
Perform predictive and prescriptive analyses to support decision-making.
Prepare strategic reports on audience behavior and identify adjustments needed for upcoming launch and sales cycles.
Develop branding and top-of-funnel strategies using boosted campaigns focused on value audiences, authority building, and audience warming.
Build and manage the data infrastructure that supports the marketing team’s and leadership’s decision-making.
Lead performance communication, using data to challenge and guide copywriting and creative teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with paid traffic, preferably in digital businesses, info-products, or launch environments
Desired certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Sales Funnels, Launch Formula (Fórmula de Lançamento), or specialized courses in traffic and performance
