About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement internal marketing strategies and initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
Manage the time bank, maintaining records and performing reconciliations.
Organize and deliver training and development programs for employees and leadership.
Develop and strengthen leadership through coaching, feedback, and skill-building activities.
Plan and implement initiatives to improve organizational climate and employee engagement.
Perform routine administrative tasks for the HR department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Interest in people development and organizational culture.
Previous experience in talent attraction and retention (preferred).
