About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Develop and implement internal marketing strategies and initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
- Manage the time bank, maintaining records and performing reconciliations.
- Organize and deliver training and development programs for employees and leadership.
- Develop and strengthen leadership through coaching, feedback, and skill-building activities.
- Plan and implement initiatives to improve organizational climate and employee engagement.
- Perform routine administrative tasks for the HR department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in people development and organizational culture.
- Previous experience in talent attraction and retention (preferred).
