About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain the Communication Playbook and Editorial Calendar, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent while being adapted to the nuances of each platform.
Execute strategic monitoring (listening and responding), turning conversations into product insights and real-time engagement opportunities.
Implement and manage the Social Selling initiative, using social networks as a support tool for the sales team and for demand generation.
Create, monitor, and manage UTMs for conversion tracking; prepare weekly and monthly reports focused on business KPIs (not just vanity metrics).
Serve as AI Champion, exploring tools, automations, and bots to optimize content production and the efficiency of social media support.
Monitor competitors’ movements and anticipate potential reputation crises, establishing rapid-response workflows.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, holding weekly rituals with Sales and monthly meetings with Customer Service to align communication with operational needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect social media content to the company’s revenue and branding objectives.
Analytical Proficiency: Familiarity with analytics tools, social listening, conversion-funnel tracking, and tagging (UTMs).
Technological Agility: Enthusiasm for and ease of working with Generative AI and automation tools.
Excellence in Writing and Curation: Strong command of written Portuguese with the ability to translate complex finance and technology topics into relevant content.
Business Acumen: Understanding of how Social Media supports Sales and CS (Customer Success).
