Creative Brand Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute brand concepts internally: creative concepts, copy, naming, message system, and campaign tactics — from concept to final asset
- Operate and refine the discipline’s AI stack
- Partner with Designers on craft: mutual reviews, shared standards, and direct critique
- Oversee external vendors and creative freelancers — briefing, timelines, quality, delivery
- Apply a structural filter to the team’s materials
- Contribute to launch briefings in partnership with the Product Strategist — not as the strategist, but as the executor who knows what needs to be known beforehand
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–10 years in brand, creative, or communications (a mix of agency and in-house experience is ideal)
- Proven track record of execution: portfolio showing concepts turned into creative assets, voiceful copy, direction that leaves a mark, narrative vision, and cross-channel consistency
- Experience with fintechs, B2B digital products, or the financial market is a plus but not required
- Experience managing external vendors or creative freelancers: briefing, review, delivery
- Creative concept as a central pillar (doesn't need to be a copywriter), but can write well, presents effectively, has a voice, edits with surgical precision, and recognizes the detail that changes everything
- Creative direction across multiple disciplines (copy, identity, motion, experience)
- Use of generative AI as a thinking tool — knows the difference between output that feels inevitable and output that merely fills space
- Project management skills applied to creative projects: clear scope, mapped dependencies, documented decisions, sense of timing and sequencing, autonomy in building schedules and meeting deadlines
- Ability to read product and business — understands what is being communicated before communicating it
