About the role

  • Assist in setting up the client registration area, carrying out support tasks and learning activities;
  • Actively participate in identifying, qualifying, and verifying clients' registration documentation, highlighting points of attention as needed;
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the customer database;
  • Take part in the execution of basic routines for client identification and onboarding;
  • Assist in preparing document checklists to support partner teams;
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes, proposing ideas and solutions;

Requirements

  • Interest in understanding registration processes, especially from the regulatory perspective of the Central Bank;
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with a willingness to further develop proficiency in the tool;
  • Basic analytical skills to understand and interpret information, and to identify patterns and trends;
  • Proactivity and initiative in seeking solutions;
  • Interpersonal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions among stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and resolve conflicts collaboratively;
  • Basic knowledge of legal entity formation documentation, with willingness to learn more on the topic;
  • Experience in document analysis (fraud prevention; credit desk; banking KYC) through internships, courses, or projects;
  • Understanding of registration-related processes from the Central Bank's point of view;
  • Basic familiarity with regulatory norms related to client registration, with willingness to deepen that knowledge;
